Garnier Oil-Infused Micellar Water

It’s now officially Spring, which means lots of TLC for our skin after those cold, Winter months. Lets be honest girls, as much as we’d all love to have a perfect skin care routine, it just doesn’t always happen but I think I have found the perfect solution. For a while now, micellar waters have been sweeping the world and have been most peoples ‘go to’ products and I am no exception and I’m sure some of you are the same. I have tried quite a few including the holy grail, Bioderma but the brand that I always go back to is Garnier.

There are so many different variations of the Micellar water, so there is literally one for every skin type but the new one is my current obsession. If you’re like me and suffer from dry skin, then listen up because this is just for you. Garnier have just released the new oil infused micellar water which is specifically targeted for dry, sensitive skin. At first, I didn’t know what to expect because normally when products are designed for dry skin, I personally find that they can be quite heavy and some even start to break me out but honestly, this could not be any further from that.

The product itself has two layers; the oil and the water so after a little shake it is ready to use. Once the water hits your face, you can feel it working away and breaking down all the make up; even eye liner and mascara! It leaves your face feeling so soft and clean as well as smelling amazing. Even though it only takes a couple of minutes, I always feel like my makeup has completely come off and that my skin is clean and ready for toning and moisturising but with that being said, I have just used the water and nothing else, and my skin still felt great; which is even better if you’re super lazy like me.

Have you ever used a micellar water, what are your thoughts on them and do you have a favourite?
