Disney Decorating

I love Disney, probably way more than the normal person, so whenever I see something Disney related, there is a strong chance I’m going to buy it. My friend Rachel from The Flower That Blooms has just started selling Disney and other amazing prints on her Etsy store; Foxes in the Forest.

The prints are absolutely beautiful so when Rachel asked if I wanted to review a few, I absolutely had to say yes. The prints vary from princess to villains and even The Lion King so there is something for everyone. Each watercolour image is beautifully printed onto glossy photographic paper so they are very high quality and perfect for either putting in frames or hanging on walls.

My prints arrived so quickly and were placed in card, then in the envelope so when I received them, they were in great condition. I was so happy when I saw that I receive Ariel and Tiana because they are two of my favourite princess (after Belle of course). Each 8×6 print is only £3 which is a complete bargain and Rachel is also offering a discount at the moment; if you type ‘2prints‘ in at the check out, you get two prints for just £5.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of these prints, I’m pretty obsessed with mine and they just add slight Disney hints to my bedroom. They make great presents or even just as a little present for yourself.

Maple&Whisky Disney Candles

I am a massive Disney fan so when I found Maple and Whisky Candle Co on Etsy, I knew I had to order some. I love nothing more at this time of year; than being all cosy indoors with blankets, hot drinks and scented candles.

I found it so hard to pick a scent as there were so many great ones to choose from like ‘Main Street Bakery’, ‘Plaza Ice Cream’ and ‘Pineapple Whip’, but I finally settled on ‘Mickey Waffles’. Honestly, I can’t tell you how excited I was to receive the candle; every time the mail came, I would run to the front door haha!

The candles itself is 12oz and has a burn time of 80 hours so its going to last a long tie, which, I am so happy about because it smells absolutely amazing! It’s like walking into a cake shop, seriously, I just want to eat it. I am so in love with it and I am already browsing their website for more, especially their Christmas ones. IMG_5538

Antique Fair

Near where I live, there is an antique fair which is full of little stalls and buildings selling all kinds of trinkets, furniture and other nik naks. I took a trip down there with my mum, aunt and sister to see if there were any goodies we could find. There was a wide range of little, quaint shops that were selling all kinds of old antiques from jewellery, tea sets and furniture. I love looking at old items and thinking about the stories that come with them, most of the items are full of history and it always makes me think about the things we use today  and whether or not they will be classed as antiques in the future. We began our day by looking around the garden section at outdoor furniture and plants which were surrounding a beautiful pond. 11774696_10153462172474244_674031287_n 11758783_10153462172714244_1141722897_n
